Wolves consist of 4 of us, En Ting, Alvin, Glenn and of course me! π We the cool kids in town.
Here are our team roles allocation.
Leader- Jasmine Chanπ
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to work toward the same goal.
Plan the meeting agenda.
Monitoring the team so that the team is on track.
Help the team to stay united and resolve conflicts.
Care about team member’s welfare.
Actively participate in team discussion during the meeting.
Assistant Leader+Timekeeper- Glenn Khoo π
Responsibilities:
Keep track of time and make sure everything is on schedule
Help to assist leader in decision planning and monitoring team
Help schedule meetings fitting everyone’s timing
Make sure objective is done by certain timing/date/meeting
Help plan the meeting agenda
Actively participate in team discussion during the meeting.
Scribe- Yao En Ting✍
Responsibilities:
Record ideas, key decisions, conclusions, and action items discussed during the meeting.
Compile the minutes into standard formatting.
Upload the minutes into the shared folder for members to review.
Actively participate in team discussion during the meeting.
Photographer- Alvin Chuahπ₯
Responsibilities:
Take down pictures of when the team is working and also the product we are working on
Allow easy access to the pictures or videos when we are working on the blogs
Not be late for group meetings
Actively participate in team discussion during the meeting.
Team Agreement:
- All members should be punctual for all meetings.
- All members should respect each other's opinion and ensure that all voices are heard and included.
- All members should strive to submit work on time.
- All members should have an equal share of workload and must be responsible for it and finish their work before team discussion.
- All members should be proactive during team discussions.
- All members should do the best they can and contribute(no free riders).
- All members should strive to attain a Distinction for this module.
- Work on something we will all like and be happy.
